We are developing a proposed 24-month roadmap for launching a mobile clinic initiative to expand access to preventive care, screenings, referrals, and health education. This roadmap shows the major steps required, including needs assessment, church and nonprofit partnerships, funding, vehicle procurement, licensing, insurance, staffing, and pilot operations. The timeline is preliminary and subject to funding, regulatory approvals, clinical partnerships, and community participation.
