The Provisional Registration & Accountability Program
P-RAP

Objective

End 200 years of gridlock by creating a one-year national surge to document every undocumented worker currently living in the United States — using AI-assisted registration through existing courthouse infrastructure.
Document every undocumented worker currently living in the United States — within 365 days.

Problem

An estimated 5% of U.S. residents — around 17.5 million people — live here undocumented.
They work, pay taxes informally, and raise families, but exist in legal limbo that benefits no one — not them, not the economy, and not public safety.

Every court in America is closed 104 days a year (Saturdays and Sundays). Those unused days represent a massive untapped capacity.

Solution

Provisional Registration & Accountability Program (P-RAP)

This message is for every American.

The Provisional Registration & Accountability Program (PRAP) is a bold, faith-driven, logic-powered solution to a 200-year-old problem. It’s not copyrighted. It’s not for sale. It’s not about politics. It’s about principles — compassion, accountability, and completion.

I’m asking you to share this freely. Post it. Print it. Present it. I don’t care who gets credit — I just want it to reach every corner of this country. If you believe in law and order, if you believe in treating people with dignity, if you believe in solving problems instead of just debating them — then help me spread this.

PRAP is free to share.
No copyright. No restrictions. No ego. Just a blueprint.

Read the full plan. Watch the speech. Submit feedback.
Let America decide — together — if this is the solution we’ve been waiting for.

“Instead of asking why we can’t, let’s decide how we will.

    • A PRAP Health Access Fund may be proposed to help cover initial premiums for qualifying applicants.

📊 THE MATH WORKS

  • Increased tax revenue and payroll compliance

  • Humane, efficient, faith-driven solution

  • No new bureaucracy — just action
